Very mysterious circle.
Judging by the bottom grind, quality glass and casting - mug similar to the European one. But how about the fact that some of these mugs are marked volume Cyrillic and Testing stigma late 40-ies of XX century?
Most likely, these mugs are made after the war, in one of the European countries due to the fact that our factories were destroyed during the war. Some of them managed to mark.
