Beer and kvass mugs (1917 – 1991 years), not souvenir

Description

Drawing on the mug may seem simple, but and difficult at the same time. Under the main rim, a width of 20 mm., There is an additional, 12 mm. On it are located indented circles, a total of 24 pieces, by the number of facets. Under the second rim, 24 straight convex faces are made, which at the bottom of the mug unite in pairs in the form of convex balls adjacent to the bottom plate. The mug is molded from three parts + bottom and rim. Casting is made with high quality, with a clear pattern and facets.

The catalog also contains a number of mugs, having a similar pattern and produced at different glass factories in the period from 1937 to 1950, in volumes as much as 0.5 liters and 0.25 liters. Of all known, this is the latest. This model of beer mugs is not common, although, from my point of view, one of the most attractive forms. They probably felt that it was too bourgeois-petty-bourgeois form. It did not fit the design of the severe proletarian beer.
