  • The mug was made in 1939 at a glass factory named after the 1st Communist voluntary detachment, the settlement of Bolshaya-Vishera, the Novgorod region. The mug has 15 straight facets. The shape of the facet under the rim is an arch.
    Designation of volume 0,5 L on one of the facets of the mug below the rim.
    The filling level line is a trait made by a mechanical method.
    The stamp of the certification office is carried out by an etch. It is placed on the rim. The hallmark number is 2 (1939, Leningrad).
    The inscription on the bottom - ''З Д 1КДО'' (a glass factory named after the first communist voluntary detachment). It is read from above.
    Casting is very rough. In the glass in places there are foreign impurities, air bubbles and casting creases.
    The handle is just huge. For the permissible limits of OST 3550-31.

Description

Mug is the forerunner of mug No. 431.. The difference is that it has no eyes yet, an element of decor of the lower part of the facets. But there is a proprietary handle that came from earlier models, which is clearly visible in photo 6. The same handle is retained on later models
