Description

Alexander Anatolyevich KiryakovThe history of the appearance of this beer mug was told to us by Alexander Anatolyevich Kiryakov, who worked at the Natalinsky Glass Factory for almost 50 years. Moreover, to this day, he continues to work there.

Mid 80's. Mikhail Sergeevich Gorbachev announces acceleration, restructuring and other oddities. Pavel Pavlovich Ivakhnenko, at that time the director of the Natalinsky Glass Factory, is trying to expand the range of products and make more consumer goods. There is an idea to produce beer mugs. At the Moscow plant of glass units "Stekloagregat" a form for a standard public beer mug is ordered. With these plant long-standing ties, at the same plant was ordered the remaining forms, in particular for glasses.

However, the mug must stand out. In addition, just then, by decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, Krasnoufimsk was awarded the Order of the “Badge of Honor” in connection with the 250th anniversary and the successes achieved by the city's working people in economic and cultural construction. Pavel Pavlovich Ivakhnenko decides - on the mug should be the coat of arms of Krasnoufimsk. Then factory masters put it on the mold. An experimental party was made, but the series did not.

Studying the history of this mug made it possible to understand the conditions for the creation and features of many other mugs better. At that time, and now even more so, not every glass factory had good metalworking.

Most of the plants ordered the forms to third-party suppliers, in specialized organizations. This explains exactly the same mugs on different glass factories, and the different quality of beer mugs at the same time. Molds are a very expensive product. Even now they are very expensive. Nevertheless, there were glass factories that could do them themselves. For example Urshelsky. He got lighter and more elegant mugs. However, for other glass factories at that time he did not supply his molds. Pervomaisky glass plant get molds ordered in Bryansk.

The Moscow machine-building plant for glass aggregates "Stekloagregat" was founded in 1926 and was the leading enterprise in the field of glass engineering in our country. The plant produced high-performance glass forming machines for glass containers, flat glass processing lines, presses for varietal dishes and spare parts for machines. A large range of metal cutting equipment (lathes, milling machines, CNC machines, drilling machines, radial drilling machines, planing machines, carousel, boring, broaching machines) was used at the plant for production and manufacturing of the products. The plant consisted of the following divisions: a foundry shop, a machining workshop, a machine assembly shop, a blank shop, an instrument shop, a forge section, a welding station, a repair and mechanical shop. The plant had its own research institute. The bus stop was called "Stekloagregat Plant".

At the beginning of the 2000th the plant stop the existence, the bus stop was renamed in "Trinta School". First there was a branch of "Yukos", now "Rosneft".
