  • This mug is made by the technique of free-blown molding, using manual methods of processing of hot glass at the 1 KDO glass plant in 1940. Clear transparent glass, shaped like a barrel. The edge of the rim are polished, the handle is stuck.
    Volume Designation - 0.5 liters, is made by etching through a stencil on top of the mug. Filling dash line made mechanically. Certification office stigma etched 1940. Number of verification office - 2 (Leningrad). At the bottom of the mug - manufacturer logo - ''СТК 1 ЗАВ КДО'' in a rhombus, is made by etching through a stencil.

Description

Actually we put in the catalog only mug  for use in catering. Prior to that, all mug that we met were extruded products. This and demanded OST 3550-31. Free-blown technology products are mainly used for souvenirs and household consumption. This is the first and so far only mug made by free-blown technology and an certificated for the public use. 

The presence of this mug - the cornerstone in the history of the production of beer mugs in the USSR.
